The Tourist Information Edam-Volendam has two visitor centers, both with it's own opening hours.

Opening hours: daily 11 am till 4 pm.
During the winter (starting November 4) closed on Mondays!
Closed at 15.00 hours at December 24.
Closed with Christmas, December 25 and 26.
Closed at 15.00 hours on December 31.
Closed at Januari 1.
